Connection Error while connecting to sap-bw System in Local machine

Hi All,

           I am facing an issue..Installed Design Studio 1.1 version in my local machine Successfully.. Now my requirements is.. Need's to connect SAP-BW as data source to Design Studio.. While i am give the Connection.. it throws an error.. 

                             Please help me to understand what the issue is..
