Hierarchy not working with universe......!!

Hi Community,

I created hierarchy in universe, using SQL Server 2008 R2.

Hierarchy City -> Store Name.

while i edit in initial view is not showing hierarchy to activated.

and even its not showing in background filter..(Member for filtering..)

So please suggest me how to achieved that..
