Change Scaling Factor at runtime in Design Studio

Hi Experts,

In Design Studio 1.1 or 1.2, for few dimensions from Bex query source, I have set in Initial View a scaling factor of 1000.

Now there is a crosstab and Chart showing this dimension with the already set scaling factor. How to provide the user with an option to change the scaling factor at runtime for the KPIs as per thier requirement. Is it possible to do this in 1.1 or 1.2 ?
