Conditional formatting of dimension in crosstab

Hi All,

I am building an application on bex query. Created a cross tab. My data looks like below image

I need to put a condition (Rename the City Code, like IF([City Code])=101 then "Cincinnati" else if([City Code])=202 then "New York" etc.....)

I tried to create a conditional formatting by selecting the crosstab, Display-->Conditional Formatting-->Source-->Select Data Cell-->Formatter Function

How to create conditional format on the cross tab Dimension?
