BI Platform user/Licenses need to consume Design Studio reports

Hi All,

We are implementing Design Studio 1.5 for the first time. Need your input.

I am aware that DS Dashboards are meant for Professionally authored and for many users. Do the endusers of the Dashboard who would like to comsume them over the browser need to have users in BW/BI platform system ? or is it possible to provide static reports over browser/ipad?

what kind of license and also roles are needed for the end user need to consume these reports ?
