Hi Experts,
I am facing a situation where the already created universes are not available in the Data Source connection menu while creating analytical application using Business Object Design Studio Release 1.5 Version 15.2.0 SP02.
Initially I have created universes using Universe Design Tool and save the same in the repository. Those universes are based on MDX queries generated using BEx. I am able to use the same universes in WebI but not in BO Design Studio. In the Add Data Source connection screen of the Business Object Design Studio, I can only see the BI and HANA systems; no universes. In the preference settings -> Application Design -> Preferred Startup Mode, I selected the Local Mode initially and tried the other 3 options too but nothing worked out for me.
Please suggest how can I view and use the universes that I have created in Business Object Design Studio for analytical reporting. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
