Geo map error " The map URL could not be resolved, check validity of URL" with DS 1.5

Dear experts,

I am working with DS 1.5 and have a geo map placed on a panel in my dashboard.

I have followed the steps from SCN tutorial to setup the geo map.

Setup the DS with measure and country dimension.

Set the DS for map. Set the measure in map properties.

However when I execute the dashboard locally in browser, it throws an error as below.

If I manually copy and paste the image url in browser, I get generic message Page not found.

In my Geo map properties the Basemap URL is set to "http://otile1.mqcdn.com/tiles/1.0.0/map/{LOD}/{X}/{Y}.png" and Basemap copyright is (c) OpenStreetMap contributors.

I found few other similar issue but were caused by firewall but in my case browser simply does not find the page.

I may be missing something obvious.
