Have you ever tried using the getmembers() function in a data source that has a condition on the initial view? If yes, you would face an issue by retrieving all of the members instead of the set of members that satisfies the condition. I have found a workaround on following link when using Bex queries

Using getMembers() in SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio for a BEx Query with condition

that obviously can not be applied when using UNX sources. Has someone found some workaround to pass this "limitation"?
