could not initiate SSL connection error from lanching Design Studio from Eclipse

Hi Experts,

I am trying to launching Design Studio from eclipse in BI Platform mode while it showing error "could not initiate SSL connection Check the Web service URL"

But Same Web Service URL is working when i opening Design Studio direcltly
