Hi Gurus,
The scenario is as follows:
I have 50 data sources in my dashboard. I'm using only 10 data sources in start up(initial load) and loading remaining data sources with "load on script" and some in "background processing".
Dashboard:
MAIN PAGE,
DRILL DOWN PAGE 1,
DRILL DOWN PAGE 2 ,
DRILL DOWN PAGE 3,
DRILL DOWN PAGE 4,
DRILL DOWN PAGE 5,
During background load of data sources , if I change some filters on main screen, I'm having some delay however i'm not facing the issue if background load is done. Start up and background data sources have no link but still i'm facing the delay. If background load is affecting filter changes in initial page, what is the purpose of background load??
I've searched many links in SCN forum, couldn't find anything that meets my requirement as they are for performance enhancement but my question is, how both Background loading and initial load are related and how this affecting filter changes in initial page.
