Profiling=X isnt working in 1.5 ?

Hi , I  couldn't see profiling dialog after adding the following parameter PROFILING=X  to url .I am using Design studio 1.5 SP1, Is it a bug in the newer version ? or  has the process different  in 1.5 ?  I see blank in  internet explorer.
