Text dimension

Hi All,

i tried to addd an item from employee filter panel list,  it gets added in list box component as list box_1.

Now i tried to add more items item like  notes detail desc(Dimension) into lis box.

Employee:

   Emp1: xzcxzcxmjnn

i failed to retrieve  it in volves dynamic loop where when employees and  date are show row by row each when selected the multiple employeee list and dat input. I coded in using foreach but no luck it is displaying all items when using getMembers() but not what i select from filter panel and like above format.
