DS 1.3 Personalization is not working together with Filter Panel

Hi,

I am using Design Studio 1.3 version 13.0.3.201405141058.

In runtime, I performed the following steps:

1. Refresh to get default view – filter on month range 10.2013 – 09.2014.
2. Then filter on Company Code by choosing one value in Company Code in Filter Panel and then APPLY.
3. Press Personalization button { State.setPersonalization(); } in order to keep the current state as default state.
4. Refresh in the browser.
5. Filter on Company Code is no longer there,  only filter on month range 10.2013 – 09.2014 left. Hence the default state of filtering both months and company code cannot be preserved.

Is there any known issue with personalization working together with filter panel? Why is it not working?

Other related questions:

What exactly does personalization do? Is personalization supposed to work within just one runtime browser session which means that it cannot be shared with others? nor can the current state be retained by copying the link and paste it in another browser session (like in bookmark)?
