Error Design studio 1.3

Hi,

I had BI 4.1 SP2 Patch04 with Design Studio 1.2 Add on server. I have downloaded 1.3 SP1 client and server from "support packages and patches"

Everything installed with no error message.

When I open design studio client 1.3 Sp1 I receive below warning. I have attached

I have checked PAM .. we are having 32 bit java and IE 9. If I click ok, I am able to use the tool.
