How to set parameter of an URL in Design Studio?

Hi Design Studio experts,

I have a question regarding Setting of URL-Parameters in Design Studio:

My usecase:

I have a table in my Design Studio Dashboard, with  an Customer Name and ID Number (GUID) of it.

I want to set the ID Number as a Parameter.
So if I click on the ID Number, a new tab in the browser should open and the CRM Web UI shuld Show me the Customer.

I know from the tutorials how to jump from one Design Studio application to an other but I dont know how to jump from Design Studio to
CRM WUI - directly to my Customer.

Is it possible to create such a Szenario with Design Studio 1.3?
And when yes how?
