I have a query that uses customer exit variable which filters 0FISCYEAR with current year. When I use this datasource in a new design stuio application, it works fine: It shows current year as filtered in "dimension filter" component.
However when I try to do the same in an existing application, it does not work. I delete the related datasource, add it again but it does not work. Strangely it works when I delete all Datasources in my existing application and add the datasource with the user exit, it works.
Deleting and redefining all data sources takes too much time and after a while it may stop working again( we cannot trace after which point it gets corrupted. this means everytime it gets corrupted we have to delete and define all datasources).
It doesnot seem query related since it works in a brand new application.
This may related to a cache problem but that's all I can guess. I already deleted the client cache but that won't do good as well..
I would really appriciate your help.
